Well just got my wheel in the mail and i plugged it right up to the computer with a little success. It worked alright but didn't turn 900 degrees. It only turns 90 both ways. Gas, brakes, and shifter all worked ok but way too sensitive. So i went to the forums to find a solution to this problem, and found this thread about the upgrades http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=26529
So i thought to myself this is probably whats wrong, because how often do you just plug and play. So I do the little upgrade thing and now the pedals don't respond, and I'm still only getting 90 degrees of turning both ways. I just wanna play I'm so tired of using the keyboard.
If some one knows what I've got to do to get this thing right please let me know.

The DFP defaults to 200 degrees when plugged into a PC. If you plug it into a PS2 running GT4 it will boot up and reconfigure to 900 degrees. There is a electro-mechanical sliding stop that does this. Once booted on your PC, you can press - "select" and "R3" (at the same time) then, while holding them down, press the right paddle shifter. This cycles the sliding stop either in or out. If it's in (200 deg mode) only the left LED is on, if it's out (900 deg) both LED's are on.

Just download and install the MOMO Racing Force Feedback wheel driver, then you'll be able to change the °, ...

sweet i've got the 900 degrees of steering now, but the gas and brake are not responding. I goto options and try to change the buttons for gas and brake, but when i click on accelerate and press the gas pedal nothing happens. It doesn't work. It worked before i downloaded that wingman team patch or whatever it is. So all i need now is to get the pedals to work then i need to calibrate tthem if i can, because they are too sensitive. The reason i know that they are sensitive is because that file i downloaded make you check all the buttons to make sure the wheel is working order, which it is.

PS. i just noticed this http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/ ... p=2178816&postcount=1 in someones sig, but i dont see where #3 is in the game. I made a new profile i didnt see "go to edit/ specific game settings/

Up to 900 degree's, thats 2.5 turns lock to lock.
