In photoshop when you save it you can change the quality on a scale of 1 to 12, with 12 being the best quality. In whatever you're using it looks like your saving it on 2 or 3!

It's not flaming and it's nothing to do with GIMP, to make sure I wasn't giving you grief over something that GIMP was doing I downlaoed it and made the same skin.

I used GIMP, the XFG Pro Kit, resized it to 1024 then saved it at 100 and this is what you get. Like I said before what are you doing to make the quality of your skins sooooooooo poor?
