Sorry the title wording is weird, but i don't know what to call them.

I have heard people mention patch updates like X6 and X7. What does that mean? Are these automatic updates or test patches or something else? I'm just curious, please don't flame me .

They are small patch updates to fix some small annoying things that weren't included in Patch X. They are not automatic, at least not yet. They are fully compatible with Patch X and are not necessary.

Look in the post #2 in this thread..

just adding that these are test patches and can also have a few issues which come along with the new code sometimes.
