YOu can have them in your go-karts in LFS when they are added. But I don't think many/any of the cars currently in LFS would have a wheel display like that. Live splits, predictive lap timing and other clever stuff remain rare in club racing, and no exactly common in professional racing.
And the tyre temps would only be available in the BF1. The others would use sensors in the pits. The cheaper cars would use IR sensors on the surface of the tyre (which are next to useless!), and the professional series would have invasive sensors to get the core temps. Either are only slightly useful if you do a hard lap into the pits. Cruise and the tyres will cool too much to be representative.
Pit to car (or car to pit) radio is also rare in anything other than professional racing.
So pitboards, radio messages in the 'hotter' cars, and advanced info (via the radio) in the BF1 only.
But get rid of the HUD now and you won't see many complaints from me
