I've been looking for a mobile phone for a month now, before someone threw my old one in water and I don't feel like getting a new battery. The problem with me is that I, here comes, DO NOT want a camera. I've been searching and there are hiprice business phones with everything and no camera, which are too expensive for me, and then there is the lowest class, with nothing special. The only phone I've found and that is almost OK with features is Nokia 3109 Classic, but I'm afraid the screen is too low resolution for reading mail and browsing the web.

And after reading you've probably understood that I want internet, so at least EDGE would be nice.

Any suggestions?

Can't you just spray-paint the camera lens black or something?

No, I just don't want a camera, because I'm stupid you know.

Nokia E60? Or is that something you consider high price?

Heh, that's a little too high price here, yes, and I don't want anything very high price as my dad is going to get himself a OpenMokoas soon as it is useable.. and he has a E60 .

Think I'm just going to get myself the phone with the lowest price then..

EDIT: And I think we found something, E50 which is avaiable both with a camera and without it, same price class, but more stuff, and better display size/pixels

I'm looking for a new mobile. I currently have a Sony Ericsson T63, which has been fine but the joypad is now playing up so I reckon it's time to get a new one. I've found I've never used the camera, picture messaging, the internet or games so don't need any of them. I simply use it for texting, phoning, an alarm clock and a stop watch. The stop watch would have to be able to time laps and ideally could time an unlimited number of laps, it currently times 10 in a row. I'd like a cheap and fairly indestructible phone to keep using with my pay as you go simcard. Anybody got any suggestions as to what phone would be suitable and where I should get it from?

Having Triband would be nice but being able to use it abroad isn't essential.
