i am tryin to set up a dedicated host. I have edited the setup.cfg file in the lfs dedicated host folder to my requirements. But, when i run the host program, receive the error "TCP socket: bind failed". Could someone plz shed some light on the issue?? Much thanx, rob

E: problem solved, forgot to close a non-dedicated server i had runnin wit d same name!!! lol

It might be your router is blocking it. But even so, you shouldn't get that error. Obviously your net works. Personally, I use dedigui, its a much easier way of running a dedicated server, and allows you to quickly point n click to make changes to your server.

Try that, see if it helps.
