Race 1 Kyoto Grand Prix

No complaints have been filed.

Never the less I give a sharp warning to D.Tšubenko for using a very bad language.
If we see any of this in the next race from D.Tšubenko he will get one race bann.

This was the first race with this two class of cars in an open and wide track. Never the less it was more then one issue with contacts between GT1 and GT2 cars due to not showing each other respect or room to each other.

Next race will be a narrow and tight track. If we are going to get a good race there, we need to take more consideration of each other. In this race I will hold the GT1 cars responsible for safe passings to 80%. Of course, if a GT1 car do not show a good racing ethic, that GT1 car will be penalized.

There will be no admins looking at the race live, only admins who look through complaints after the race.

Race 2 South City Long

A protest from L. Valenzise against G. Swan for blocking at lap 10 - 13 have been filed.

I have looked through the replay.
What happened between G. Swan and L. Valenzise are nothing but clean racing. No blocking at all, just clean passes when L. Valenzise made mistakes. G. Swan and L. Valenzise was in about the same pace.

Decision: The protest is droped without any actions.

No other protest have been filed. Results will soon be up.

Description:
In lap 13 D.Tšubenko hit R.Johansson in the chicane after T1. Johansson followed his racing line and had no where to go. Both cars spun and where standing in the middle of the track. Instead of trying to get away fastest and safest possible D.Tšubenkotyped a swearword directed to Johansson. Later on the same lap D.Tšubenkoleft his normal racing line to drive up to Johansson and almost hit him.

Motivation:
This behavior is not acceptable in LFS LeMans League. This league is based upon mutual respect for each other, specially consideration have to be taken due to the two car class system we use, from each driver. D.Tšubenko have not done so. On the contrary he have shown great disrespect to other drivers without seeing his own faults in this and with no regrets.

Penalty:
We find no other way then to ban D.Tšubenko from the LFS LeMans League. He is no longer welcome to drive here.
If D.Tšubenko should change his attitude during this spring and summer he's welcome to apply for the next season, but we will carefully investigate this matter.
