+1 second penalty on fastest lap, but surely this just acts upon our 1 fastest lap and not them all, or even just acts upon this session, but we had a time in session 1 also.

Seems a bit harsh for people to be receiving such penaltys for things which are allways slips of finers, with lots of pressing buttons for pitting, it's not as if it wont happen.

And to add to that, since when was this rule implemented?
