Just to let you know, my LFS works
It is only the visuals thats the problem
its asif... you turn ur TV on and the channel isnt tuned in, you get that white/black fuzzy dots screen and loud static.
with LFS i can see the picture but its all screwed up :S and i can hear fine still.

Is this a statement benny? Or do you want help?

If so, check the usuals - drivers, temperature of the graphics card, etc. Do you get this in any other directx or opengl based applications?

Do you get it in every application? If so, it's possible (on older monitors mostly), that you've set the resolution too high.

1) Make a screenshot (and post it here)
2) From what it sounds like, your GFX card is indeed broken
