Here are the source skin files for the Carbon Fibre Racing series. Salt and pepper to your taste, and make personal versions. I have you started with the XRT, FXO, RB4 versions. Zipped together, these are GIMP XCF files, which are just like Photoshop files, with layers and fonts and paths and things. Enjoy!

EDIT: If you don't have a painting program like Adobe Photoshop then you need The GIMP to display these. It's open source free, get it at www.gimp.org

In case you all are afraid of copyright or permissions or whatever don't be. You have my permission to edit the skins any way you want, just don't put anything that would get you banned from LFSWorld.
