my computer wen i turn it on it just restarts it self and i cant even get on to see the problem to fix it so can i get some help anybody know what the problem is?? please help.

Usually the cause of this problem is something not being "seated" properly in the computer. If you feel comfortable enough, what you want to do is take off the side panel, and try re-seating the RAM and the CPU, and checking all the cable connections in the computer.

To re-seat the RAM stick(s) you just need to pull the tabs apart on each end. Take the stick(s) out and then put them back in (IN THE SAME SLOT(S).) The CPU is more complicated but involves the same process. I'd try re-seating JUST the RAM first. If that doesn't work, maybe try wiggling/unplugging and replugging some of the power and data cables in the PC. If that STILL doesn't work, then you have to consider re-seating the CPU.

He said there is a clicking noise coming from his computer, and that it sounds like a fan-type noise... so yea.
