Is it possible when running a server for the server admin to be the only person who can start/restart a race and if so what command do i put in the batch file.

Try "/vote=no".


Dont know if that command just belongs to kick/ban votes or if it includes the restart vote.

I think this only is for kick and ban votes.

AFAIK, you can only set a time after the race start and after the winner crosses the finish line where people can't vote to restart. The commands are /rstmin and /rstmax or something like that.
