Don't bump like that especially with a emot. That will make you look like an idiot. If your request is ignored means that people has no interest and don't bother to bump it. Btw that sound is made using CSR (Car Sound Remixer) before the release of S2V. Not many now use CSR. Almost everyone has converted to use the sound editor inside the game
