Franke showed disregard by staying full on the throttle throughout an incident between him, #5 J.Parker and #12 R.Salama, and then broke rule 1.7 by not giving the positions he gained during the incident back.

Also noted is insulting behaviour in the forum when the incident had been reported.

The penalty for breaking this rule is the loss of points scored in the race in question. Any further breaches of the rules will result in disqualification from the series.

#27 Ü Mikk, Race 3, Lap 13

Mikk and #33 M.Hoekstra had a coming together after the first corner on this lap. Since Hoekstra was not following his usual racing line through this corner, no punishment can be given to Mikk, who had rejoined into him.

Complaint dismissed.

#23 D.Foster, Race 3, Lap 8

Foster and #777 B.Perei had a coming together after the first chicane that was aggravated by lag. Perei lost several positions in the incident, but Foster proceeded to follow rule 1.7 and Perei had the position back 2 corners later.

Appeal dismissed.

Since it is over 24 hours since the races, no more complaints may be filed. Thread closed.

#365 V.Forizs, Race 3, Lap 1

Forizs and #43 A.Kirschetorte had an accident on the corner before the 2nd chicane on lap 1. This was a racing incident as both drivers were chasing the racing line.

Appeal dismissed.
