ive downloaded the new patch x30 onto my pc but i don't know how to use it! wot do i do? help!?!?

double click the .exe, a dialog window will come up asking you to point to your LFS directory. Do that and press ok, when asked to overwrite files choose yes to all. Done

Drop the downloaded File into your LFS Folder (eg. C/Games/Live for Speed)
Double click the File, if asked to overwrite select Yes.

help! i tried dropping it onto my lfs thing in my documents but it says 'invalid command line' so i tried lfs_restart and i cant wot do i do?
ps please reply with simple instructions-i won't b patronized! lol

Download the patches (first download X30 and then download X31) from this thread, and save them somewhere you can remember them:

Go to where you saved the patch and open the patch by double clicking on it and then click the "..." button and point it at where you have LFS installed. Then click "Extract". If it askes you to comfirm file replace, click "Yes to all". Done.

Repeat for each patch, in order. Once done you have the patches installed and you can delete the patch files themselves you downloaded. When you start LFS you will need to unlock it again.

Do not download the dedicated patch - you do not need this unless you are hosting a game using the dedicated server.
