Hi i am getting s2 for xmas but for now i am thinking of getting s1 but does anyone play online anymore?

theres only one or two servers on S1, the main one being CTRA. If i was you, i would just buy S2 now, its only an extra £12, and if you ever do have the urge to go and race in S1, you can simply click the "S1" tab online.

Apart from 1 CTRA Server, which is usually always full, there aren't really any other servers on S1. You are much better off getting S2, an extra £12 doesnt hurt

I bought S1 while i wait for another £12 to come my way but no one plays online on it any more its empty but it might be something to do with i have patch x32

CTRA doesn't run testpatches on their public servers. Download X10 and u will see "CTRA race one" show up. U can find races there 24/7 and will usually find a friendly atmosphere. More then good enough to keep u busy till christmas.

But it's probably wise to choose your preferred car and practise the tracks offline a bit before u jump online though.
