I think that X32 (and 31 and 30) are basically Patch Y, but it won't be realeased as Patch Y until all the bugs are removed.

You're right
The X30+ patch series is basically what patch Y will be. As far as I know, there is no additional content planned, seeing how it would defeat the purpose of testing the changes before they are released officially.
