Yes that is right, I may sell my DFP which has not been used much since purchase, and if the right price is offered it might come with Test Drive Unlimited (PC) with no extra cost.

The DFP is in a good used condition with no damage to the wheel/pedals. The wheel has the GT logo apposed to the Logitech logo. I [May have the original box, gota search the house, I will update this when I confirm] will package the wheel with care if original box is not found.

Says UK buyers only. Frankly with the postage costs and delivery time, it wouldn't likely be a saving on a new wheel, and they're not expensive to begin with either. Just go and buy one.

Dajmin was looking for a wheel a few weeks back. Don't know if he sorted one out, but it might be worth sending him a pm (not that he ever replys to em though )
