If you have an ATI graphics card, just click the link (you need Steam) and it will add Half Life: Lost Coast and Half Life: Deathmatch to your steam account. You can then download it and use your steam account on a PC with no ATI card and play if you so chose

This is old news, if I recall correctly it was offered last summer part of the driver package.

Lost Coast is free anyway, it's a tech demo. They give it away with pretty much every package out there, and I'm sure they do the same with HLDM too.
