Anyway on a more sierious note, LFS Tune allows you to adjust power, tourque, Engine size, layout and number of cylenders, allows you to add a turbo to the engine and sometimes adjust powerband. Its updated quite often too.

However, only a few cars are supported right now which is very very annoying

Don't bother with LFSTune, it doesnt work in patch Y and i doubt it will every get released for patch Y because some people are out to spoil the fun and dotn want it to be updated, shame really because you could edit loads of things that LFS tune can't do right now, and it looked like great fun offline
