I just want to be free at the moment while i learn about all this stuff, i wish to put it on the real web.

Well if you're satisfied, upload it to the web.

I don't exactly understand what you are trying to request though.

exactly how to upload it to the web
You need to find free hosting, which will allow FTP uploads. try www.zymic.com

You sign up first, then you set up a free webhosting account. You will get a www.yoursitename.zxq.net . Once that is all set up, you are given access to a control panel where you can upload files etc.
You need webspace and a domain. You can get free crappy ones if you wish, or pay for one.

To upload it you need an FTP program (Dreamweaver has one built in)...

Yeah, but if you want good hosting that will host your domain, you're looking at around €100 a year (or thats what it is around here...)
I removed the offer solely because I don't have the time to give support if something goes wrong, and I'm hardly proficient at running my own website let along configuring everything for someone else. The intention is there, but I fear we'd both get pissed off with it
Do you have any free hosting with your ISP? Might be worth investigating...
I host my site @ godaddy.com for ~$30yr + $10 domain registration.
My advice would be if this is your first site, leave it on free hosting until you know you're committed to it. Because paying for something you'll get bored with isn't really worth it.

Oh... Wait... You'll do it anyway.
Word of advice.. do some research on various companies before you signup for any hosting, especially if you end up hosting with a US company as they're often cheaper than UK hosts (registering a domain name is a different story.. I've personally used DomainSite for years for all my domains, but registering a domain isn't the same as hosting the DNS for a domain, which blacklisting will also cause you problems).

You'll need to do some research on spam activity for certain hosts. Checking the likes of google groups will be useful as some are blacklisted due to simply not caring, cluelessness or being paid backhanders by spammers etc and have a habit of juggling their spammer customers among many IPs, which you might end up being hosted on that's blacklisted before you start, which if for example, you had a forum that mailed info to people like most forums do, mails may not get through. http://www.spamhaus.org/ is also another good reference for ISPs that are worth steering clear of.

The cheapest deal isn't always the best deal

Ian
The web hosting company I use is, AGL-Host.co.uk and the domain sellers I use is Free Parking.co.uk

Like everyone has said, go for a free hosting package and a .co.nr domain first before you fully commit.

AGL-Host is the best I have ever used, I have been with the for 2 years and I have very very little downtime and everything is kept fully up to date, such as cPanel etc.
