are these ok to make? like with pictures of semi naked ladies or wierd eye drawing patterns?

Careful of the semi-naked; while I've got no problem with it, apparently some people do. As long as your skin does not violate the rules listed on LFSW than you can do whatever you want.

On LFSW in the area that you upload skins, off to the left hand side there is a basic set of rules. For the most part, they should be pretty much common sense, though.
