I don't know if It's a bug at all, but i've found out, that the game, when played in window mode with wheel, does not override screensaver.

-win xp
-logitech wingman
-I checked several savers (both included with windows, and not)

Then disable your screensaver.

I prefer playing in fullscreen, lol
