I am trying to watch a video on a website but it says i must a resident of the US to view it. Is there any way arround this?
I've tried a few of the free proxy sites but non of them seem to work... any ideas?

Nikimere, I think the only way around it is to use a US proxy to make it look like you're in the US :/.

For example if this were a video that was blocked:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5cEsutSfok

what you do is modify the link into this:

http://www.youtube.com/v/F5cEsutSfok

it should open, but maximised over the whole browser window but not in full screen...you'll see what I mean....

If anybody's got a solution I'd like to know because I'd like to watch South Park online, although if a proxy is too slow to stream then that defeats the point because I can already download or use slower streaming sites that have to be left to load

works on youtube....silly me, I assumed that he wants to watch something from youtube....they started region locking some videos too.
