Hi, i wonder how it is the best for a tyre in LFS.

Green colour of course, but has it to be green the whole tyre, or just the upper line?

I have seen that in cockpit view of fast drivers, the WRs for example, that they often have a blue tyre with a good green temperature at the top.

Is that the way it has to bee? I always thought in the past that it is better to have the complete tyre green, but it seems it should not.

Air temp doesn't really matter too much. Focus on the tread temps and load bars.

The lower part is the tyre air temperature, which only affects the tyre pressure (and to some extent cooling of the tyre tread). In any case the effect is very small, so it can be pretty much ignored.

OK, thank you very much. I think that cost me some lap time, because i always set my tyres, that the complete tyre with air temperature was green

Much too few pressure in the most cases.
