I cba going to the store buying a adapter, so I took apart a spare usb i had and a PS2 controller. I plugged in the controller to the pc using the usb cord and it get power because the light coems up when i hit the ANALOG button. I just can't get the buttons to be recognized. Is there a program I can use..? If not, I will have to save money for that Adapter.

Been looking around for you bud, does windows reconize it??? Do you have spare wires left over? I know XBOX to PC works I have an XBOX wheeel LOL!


If it is reconizing it try something like joy to key?

Well thanks, I do have spare wires hanging around, I tried rewiring again and I downloaded a driver and when i plug it in the whole pc restarts for an error. But power is coming in. I may try to use a diff wire. I also get a spark when i rub the wires when its plugged in.

Hrmmm From what I read you have to use a parrralell port not a USB cable...

On the same subject, you can also connect and use your PS3 controller via USB to USB-MiniB connector, then use these drivers.

Sucks for LFS, but works well for GTA:SA on the PC.
