I must be stupid or I'm missing something-- or maybe both.

I have a G25 and am running under XP. I've set up my controls, with a manual clutch and all the rest.

Now when I go to drive a XF GTR, say, everything works splendidly.

But when I try say maybe the XR GTR or the Formula XR, it seems like my shifter or something doesn't work. I press the clutch, put it in gear (I don't think it goes into gear) and accelerate. But it's like I'm in neutral.

Then I go back to the XF GTR, say, and things work as they should.

So some of the cars work fine and others I can't seem to get my G25 to work.

Am I supposed to be doing something to get things going with some of these cars-- the engines are running and all.

I've been out of the loop for a bit, so I thought something new was added.

I am running the latest Test patch.

The XRR and FOX (and a few others) have a sequential transmission, you can't use the H-gate shifter with them. Either switch the shifter to sequential mode, or use the paddles
