hey whats this game i had it a long time ago but i forgot the name of it it involves a woman where someone dies then you go to some village..and u can go outside and on to peoples porches and theres like cogs u pick up...anybody know what it is?

tomb raider? or ecstatica?? but there also was a man.. hmm and it was back in 1993/94 i think

it was more of a adventure game? kindof.. not like tomb raider...or ecstatica.. its more "real"

what kind of game was it? fps? rpg? adventure? that would help... and what year?

uh yeah that game is great. played it with a girlfriend of mine some years ago. emotionally thingie ;-) we loved it .. indeed! ;-)

One of the best point and click adventures ever made. If anybody is into that kind of game, I`d definitely recommend it.

Is that the the error message you get when you try to open the file?
Try to open it with other programs, like Winzip, 7zip etc, if they all say the same it's probally corrupt and you'll need to download it again =/

it still doesnt work when i downloaded it like 2 times and tried everything

If it's password protected I guess it would say so?
At least most common programs gives you a error message about wrong password if you don't write it.

It's called .iso format my friend. (I guess)

so what do i do

if its an iso file just dl dt or alcohol and mount it.

ok its not a iso file its just a zip file and it cant open the file as a archive and it says that with everything i do to it and i downloaded it 3 times....what do i do???:Eyecrazy:

i am american...iam just pissed off that this game wont work...its NOT in iso format,i downloaded it 3 times,i dont know what to do

If you want help try to make your posts clearer.

When you say "it doesn't work", what do you mean? Do you get an error? If so, what?

it says that it can not open file blah blah as archive

If it's a .ISO file, then try using Daemon tools. What you do is that you open this little program, right click and chouse to "mount" image - then you browse around on the computer and find the file you downloaded, and select it. If it's a normal .ISO file it should work.
If not, please write the exactly name on the file here, and what .- file it is, it's kind of hard to know what to do if we don't know what file type it is
