Does any company make a 3 pedal style steering wheel for a computer?

I cant find any where that I can get a wheel with a clutch pedal.

ACT-Labs have stopped production of the Performance Pedal. I think if I am right, you are asking for 3 different analogue axis ON a steering wheel?

I haven't seen one on the market. The only wheel that I know of that has 2 analogue axis on the Wheel is the Thrustmaster GT

You can either connect it via USB or directly to the DFP (but then you only got 2 pedals).

Thrustmaster's Rally GT wheel has the possibility to connect another pedal set, so you you have 4 pedals on the wheel.
