This option is for sure, solely for leagues/events which forbid telepitting/spectating during the events. The admin would then have to spec or pit a car that gets beached or crashed.

I know that the series that I admin, I prohibit telepitting while on track.

I suspect it should also be permissible to telepit from inside a garage, not just pitlane.

Sorta.

You can (I think) say something along the lines of:

If driver spectates/tele-pits outside of pit lane (specified by co-ordinates), then do this.....

For example send a message to an admin notifying him of this.

No, its not possible via InSim. Although we can tell when someone telepits / spectates it doesn't let us cancel that action.

i dont mind speccing on track
but i think its possible to change the shift+p command into a shift+s comman via insim (or send him spectate after that)

You can't cancel spectating, but if you telepit you simply spectate them - if midrace join is off they won't be able to rejoin.
