I've followed every server guide out there and opened the necessary ports but for some reason my server isn't popping up now although I am able to join via LAN.

I was having this issue yesterday as well but somewhere along the line it decided to show up because a few people were coming and going from my server. I took it down over night and when I went to put it back up, it wouldn't show.

I had friends try to connect to my IP, connect using my IGN and of course look in the server list. Nothing worked.

Because you're most likely using a router and the ports aren't forwarded. (Or you've not done it correctly)

I've never been able to successfully create my own server using a router. Maybe try turning off the routers in-built firewall for LFS sessions?
