We offer our own server, a Kick A** voice com, a tight knit team that shares many interests, regular team events, a full set of skins, helmet and fire suit, heck we even got custom racin shoes. No politics, at NASSA we're all equals in making the team grow.
I might mention that NASSA Team Member ages range from 19 to 48...heck two of us are grandfathers. We also have a club for for kids between 9 and 15 called NASSA JR.

Dang I mispelled recruiting.
I have trimmed a few pounds lately, so that helps. Plus, I installed Fred Flintstone style auxiliary thrusters. The biggest improvement came when I put the second squirrel under the hood.
