Can some one help me with this , i start up windows and withing 10 seconds of it loading it re-boots itself . i cant do anything else . and for the one time it satyed on , i couldent do anything , and i cant seem to find my windows disk .

Try booting into safe mode (repeatedly tap F8 as the machine powers up). Then use Windows System Restore.

Right, it sounds like your pc isnt getting past the BIOS.(the first 10 seconds or so) There should be a button you can press to get into the configuration/setup menu in BIOS. Its usually the delete button but its sometimes f2, although it should say 'press (whichever key) to enter setup' I would go in there and select 'load default settings' Its sometimes called something else but will be worded similar. That will load the standard settings which can only help.

it does it in safe mode aswell . i tried booting it in S/M and within 20 seconds ( boot )

it was fine yesterday and now it doesent work ...

Awkwardly enough, this happened to me a few days ago, i guessed it was that id corrupted some windows files.
So i put in my Ubuntu Live Cd then moved all my files over onto my laptop. Then used my windows cd to re install it all.

But if you dont have a windows cd then you may perhaps be stuffed?
id say go to the ubuntu website and download the live cd and burn it to a cd. Then put that in your cd drive and if your computer can boot up into ubuntu back up all your data then steal a windows install cd from somewhere and re-install windows

He said it got into Windows and THEN crashed so the BIOS is fine.
