Who's fault is it ? [replay inside]
Hello, i would like to know one thing.

Today at Estonian FR League (XFG+XRG) i was driving and got in an accident.

Lap : 3rd

My name is c4R Kirill.D

Racers involved , elka (the one who is left of me) , [AA] Mosseman (the one who caused me to drift), c4R Jörgen.K (the one who drove in to me at last).

My opinion is that main fault is [AA] Mosseman's , because he even did not tried to avoid the accident (did not leave space, didn't took foot from gas pedal). I was in the box since T1, he saw elka at left of me, he is saying that at S-curve, he didn't knew, that elka was there. He touched my car, that caused me to drift and loose speed, because of that i was on the way of c4R Jörgen.K

Please, i need You're opinions.

Best Regards, Kirill.D.
It's everyones fault. You can thank me for helping now.
Not sure if this allowed or anything.

But anyway, surely better to report any wrong-doings to the admins of the server/league in question?
The thing is, that i am a organizer of this league, so my opinion doesn't count - two others assistant-organizers are declaring [AA] Mosseman unguilty.
I've watched the replay and IMO it's c4R Jörgen K.'s fault. The accident with mosseman seems like a race incident to me, but Jörgen K. never takes back abit of throttle while he see's the accident happening. Driving in to the side of Kirill D. seems plain stupid to me

This forum is really not the place for these kinds of things, they tend to end badly.

And as it's a league then it seems obvious to bring up any issues with the league admin/organisers on the league forum.
Thank You to Thomas Arends.

Sorry, if this forum is wrong place for this thread, i just couldn't find any better place - if needed, then moderator , please move topic to right place.

Just that i needed neutral opinion.

Well the tap between you and Masseman is a racing incident… you all had sufficient overlap so you had theoretically the right to keep a strict line that does not pushes the other car out of it’s line. But there is no way 3 cars can pass from that S… someone has to lift there. No one did and the accident happened.

The second phase, where the Jorgen crashes on you, you have some responsibility for getting again on the racing line, after the incident, with oncoming drivers. But that’s not strictly right because you where not stopped or out of the track.
Because of that it is mainly Jorgen’s fault for not driving with the appropriate caution seeing the accident happen.
In the S i lifted my gas up... that was the point, that i didn't have any possibility to do anything. I was boxed, i was already trying to do whatever it takes not to crash.

But thank You.

Really, that says it all. Drop it, you're not going to lose sleep over it.

Well yeah I meant that someone had to give up his position by lifting his throttle a bit earlier. Seeing the replay again I have to say that your line was ok, it’s more Masseman’s fault because he tried to take the racing line that crossed yours.
But it is not that clear, that part is more like a racing incident.
I'd say its Mosseman's fault. He was on the outside meaning the 2 other guys on the inside had the priority and he tried to close in as if they weren't even there. I think he should have slowed down and taken it easy through there. 2 wide is extremly hard on that corner and attempting a 3 wide would be plain suicide. The rest was just lag. It wasn't that much of a disaster really but lag made it like that heh.
Clearly Masseman's fault. Seemed to forget there being 2 cars to his left and thus 3 into one corner (despite seeing them at the hairpin), ok he slowed down but look at the line he is aiming to take - that cannot be achieved until he has a clear track to go for and until he has that he shouldn't be turning in. Didn't bother to look or use his loaf!

The rest was split between people charging into an accident, and someone going in full throttle + lag. :mr-t:

Where's the blame game when you need it?
yes that tap was my fault because i didnt see elka there..i thought he was behind kirill..two times that i looked left i didnt see him..thatswhy i went to that corner like that by just giving some room for kirill..that just slowed him down and others came like blind (like me) on full throttle...and after the race that tap cost me DQ and no points for next 3 races and thatswhy the whole argue started
Kiril I think you have to consult your rulebooks and previous penalties to define how strict you want your no-contact custom is. Personally I'd find this case a very borderline one: I would not penalize mosseman more than Jörgen K, if penalize him at all.

In other words, Fuse's driving conduct was much more dangerous.
The final verdict was - both got DQ's and no more additional penalties.
Crashing... it happens.

Move on now.
