The only thing I think you could actually do to sort out the problem is to contact child services. Just because the abuse is not physical it doesn't mean it's not abuse. But I really don't think an internet forum is the place to ask for advice, you should ring someone you can actually talk to properly, and someone who will know what you can do about it.

Also, the topic of sex came up for a very good reason, if this parent is evil enough to torment her own daughter in such a way then she wouldn't think twice about accussing the OP of statutory rape. As for virgins, I have more respect for a 30 year old virgin that waited to find someone they loved than a 14 year old boy that thumbed in a softy while playing doctor with his cousin.
