LFS S2a 0.5Z demo. My PC FL90, [email protected], 4GB RAM, 8600M GT 512MB, driver 6.14.11.7792, 1440x900 32bit everything on high, AF 8x, no AA

Sometimes i get a sudden crash in the race. The view stops for a second, no sound or buzzing sound, then the game freezes and remains like this and i sometimes can get to desktop by alt+tab, or game resumes with totaly corrupted textures and/or missing objects. Never seen something like this on other games i tried (but not many, i'm not a gamer).

Can someone say a word about this?

The temp is normal, i've checked this. Its not overheating. Some other games push my GPU temp higher then LFS, still no crashes.

I've found posts on the internet, that some nvidia drivers are buggy, causing similar crashes in some circumstances. The problem is, i cannot use newer drivers, because when i install them the program called reason, that i use for music composition, does not start. A known, still not fixed issue. So, if this is really a driver crashing, then i'm stuck with this problem..

Maybe you should try an older driver for that card?
