Go back to your lfs zip file and extract hel_defualt.jpg to the data/skins folder and all should be merry once again.

I remember reading something similar which came down to some custom filemanager being used that didn't execute lfs properly.

If you're using standard windows explorer, just do what tristan wrote

Don't run lfs from zip.
