This will obviously be a high-end system, so why not get the Phenom II 940? The 810 isn't even a Black Edition, so it will have a locked multiplier so you can't overclock easily.
Well the motherboard is AM3 and the AMD Phenom X4 940 is AM2+ it wont work...
So anymore feedbacks?
Oh whoops, I thought AM3 was compatible with AM2+ processors, but it turns out it's the other way around, AM2+ is compatible with AM3 processors, but AM3 only supports AM3 processors.

I think you should wait a month or so for AMD to release better Phenom II processors, cause the 810 is a mid-range processor, not a high-end one. You should get a Black Edition processor, these Phenom IIs are really good for overclocking. Here are the upcoming Phenoms: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L ... MD_Phenom_microprocessors
Why are they all DDR3-1333 because my motherboard is 1600
Because the new Phenoms IIs "officially" only support DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1066, and so does your motherboard. The DDR3-1600 is only by overclocking.

Here's what it says on ASUS' site:
4 x DIMM, Max. 16 GB, DDR3 1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 ECC,Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory
