You can't upload skins, but you can put skins in your skinfolder for offline usage.

say to someone put your skin on lfsworld.net
it will help you to don't pass angry moments!

you could also buy the game and upload them youself...

Would I be wrong in thinking he just wants to use someone elses premade skin rather then make his own?

you just basicly put the skins from the file Skins x [ go to data ] and drag the skin you want into the skins dds folder then it will appear in the game i got this from a youtube video

wrong. you put them in the DATA/SKINS folder.

A lot of the skins posted here on the forum are for public use, generally they say if they are not. All of mine can be found on my site, link in sig.

If you pick one that has been uploaded to LFSWorld by a licensed user, then others you race against will see you driving in that skin. As a demo racer, you cannot upload them youself.
