Anyone know what is involved or if its possible to stream a webcam to a website using just a rented webserver?
I'd imagine the bandwidth usage would be quite high so i'd have to get a provider that allows high bandwidth.

I really don't remember the name of the application, but there are tons out there which allow you to host your own webcam over the internet, and people would just enter your IP in the address bar along with the port number, and your webcam would appear as a 'page' for everyone to see. Of course, the bandwidth is dependant on your connection
