The online racing simulator
Do you mean: moving/adding AutoX (autocross) objects by LFSLapper?

This isnt implemented in LFSLapper yet. This will take alot of time to implement.

I might release a new small version someday. with the following changes:

As I can turn off these messages?

Been a long time since I've seen these messages, but I think it's the private messages in the Event OnNotMatchFlags section.

Put a # (hash) in front of every line that starts privMsg.

If messages disappear after that, then you can leave like that, or delete all lines starting privMsg - don't delete the Event/End Event lines.

I still continue to appear :/
Suggestion:
A way to display all laptimes of a session.

There already exists a !top list to show best lap time. Sometimes it would be nice to know your times over several laps.
Similiar to the stats on lfsworld saves for races:

Or like the graph mpRes produces: http://abnl.racemore.de/mpres/league/BL100/1/R01/r/graphs/player_11.html
(But text-only list would work too.)

But lfsworld only records laptimes of full, completed race and uploading every practice-replay to an mpRes installation is not so feasible.
So one could join a server, do practice laps for 1-2 hours and then get a list of all laptimes done in that session.

That's easy to build in Lapper.
When I'm home (in about an hour) I will put that script together.
Thumbs up

And maybe idea for laptimes list, because real drawing graphics is not possible with insim buttons:
An arrow that points up or down depending if the lap was faster than the previous one.

v = faster than previous lap
^ = slower than previous lap

lap 1 | 1:20 -
lap 2 | 1:18 v
lap 3 | 1:19 ^
lap 4 | 1:17 v
lap 5 | 1:15 v
lap 6 | 1:24 ^
lap 7 | 1:23 v
lap 8 | 1:15 v
After a couple of hours (you always run into difficulties you never expected to encounter) I came up with this.
There's room for 120 laps, keeps track of your best lap in the session (displayed in green) and I've implemented your wish to compare the last lap with the previous one.

Let me know what you think about this, and if there might be anything else to add to this.

Nice Smile
Can you put it on AB servers? With some !command to display it like the top list.
Maybe !laptimes ?

Script has now been activated (although it needs a bit of polishing at some point) on all AB-servers.
Open the screen by typing: !seslaps
This afternoon I worked on version 1.01 of the Session laptime tool.
I've removed debugcode and added the option to see sector times as well.
There's still an issue to solve with detecting the number of sectors (it now depends on getting that value from the Pitboard script) and detecing a new value when the track is changed (which I suspect is a problem with the Pitboard as well).
I also need to change the code to display less number of laps, when sectortimes are used.
Need to look into those issue somewhere soon.

Looks nice, Well done Thumbs up
Today I finished working on V1.01 of the session laps tool.
It has the following changes:

- Added recording of sectors
- Added detection of track change
- Added automatic whipe of recordings after track change
- Added manual whipe of recordings
- First lap / sectors of first lap are no longer compared with nothing
- Removed debugcode

There's one issue remaining which needs to be solved at some point.
When using "Display sectortimes" the software needs to work out, how many lap it can display, based on the amount of sectors the track has (more sectors will make the lines per lap longer, so less laps can be displayed and vice versa)

I will update the tool on all Absolute Beginners.nl servers

After a request to add two more features to this Session lap tool, I was faced with one of the biggest tasks since I started coding within the Lapper environment.
Since Lapper doesn't have the option to sort arrays, I had to build that code myself and did so within the script (I tried to add it to the Lapper core, but failed misserably).
Once that was tackled, I was able to build a routine to find the median of a series of laptimes.

Version 1.02 has the following changes:

- Added option to display average laptimes
- Added code to be able to sort (L to H) an array with numbers
- Added laptime median

Good job,

Whould be nice to have a function to sort Arrays,Vars etc.

Example

SortVar("Var",High); (From High to low)
SortArray("Array",High); (From High to low)
or
SortVar("Var",Low); (From Low to high)
SortArray("Array",Low); (From Low to high)
Reactivating the post and taking advantage of the fact that the Bass-Driver is working on the connection to the discord, could you find a way to delete the message that is inserted in the discord to execute the command?
For example: !online (made on discord)
The lapper returns the number of people online to the discord.
The idea was to delete the message !online.
I don't know if I made myself understood Big grin
Thanks for your request,
Its a nice addition to the current Lapper discord system.

I think it could use the same system as what Insim is using:
Ignore messages/command with a '!' prefix.
In Discord it should delete your message.

This could take a while to find out how it exacly works, and how code it properly, if possible. I might look into that in the future, but its not a must have for now.
