My bro broke my DFP and we don't have enough monies to get a new one, is this steering wheel any good? i can't find anywhere what degrees it does

If I remember it's like 270 degrees of turn, it's not very good... closest for your DFP would be the Driving Force GT which is much better.

so is the GT the one after the Pro?

I read somewhere about that red dial thing adjusting brake bias, does that work in LFS?

You can of course configure the buttons so you could probably do so using a command using the GTR cars or other cars you can change brake bias on the fly with.

I have one - it isn't too bad tbh.

It's 180 lock to lock, but that works for me. Directional pad, 10 button on front, paddles on rear. Had it over a year and still going strong with fairly intensive use. FFB works fine.
