I had horrible stuttering under Win7 64bit (using G25), never did find the cause.

G25 and LfS, no problems at all under 7 (64 bit) - I'd even say performance is a tad better than under XP...
Yes the G25 installs and performs flawlessly under 7 for me too
I would imagine the DFGT uses the same driverset.

Same here. G25 and Win7(x64) and it worked perfect.
Actually it does.

Too bad you don't know anything about Mac's, or you'd know that they recognize USB input devices and all their axis' without any configuring, and support Logitech FFB through a kernel extension that's been there since OSX 10.3 or so.

Flamebait the fanboy... FAIL!
Buggy kernel extensions in MacOS X can cause more problems than buggy drivers in windows. Fial.

And Logitech didn't released official kext's, so those MacOS X fanboy-made ones can be buggy.
Actually those "buggy kernel extensions" are from Apple (actually, reading into the KEXTs, they are by Logitech for Apple) to specifically support Logitech FFB devices.

Learn a bit about what you're talking about, before trying to call something down.

So why can't I find them into Logitech site?

Maybe they dont want to support MAC, so they just made a FFB extension cuz people asked them to.
I'm no mac guy, but if there kexts are official, shouldn't they be available via some apple packaging system rather that logitech site?

No need to download them as they come with the OS.

Heres proof that they're by Logitech.

I HIGHLY doubt it supports all DF GT features (buttons, POV etc)

It simply supports all buttons and axis through IOKit, which says "**** it" and allows the program to see every axis and button that the device reports, so it would support all the features.

Yeah, and the same applies to any other Unix system that support USB HID devices, because that's the way USB HID works
I hate fanboys
Quote from Shadowww :1. I fail to see FFB on that video

Quote from theanimaster :Here's a video of a nicely executed roll that I did in stage S1 of Sweden (Ostby). Pity I didn't tape the G25 steering wheel as I went through that roll -- otherwise you could have seen how much the thing shakes from the force feedback!
