problem with LFS/Logitech G25. NEED HELP ASAP!
hello. i'm brand new to LFS and also to the g25. i purchased both today. after installing the g25 i went into LFS to start a race but for some reason the throttle was on max but i wasn't going anywhere. i tried turning the engine off but when i turned it back on it was as if i was pressing the gas to the floor but my foot wasn't even on it. i'm really frustrated and confused. can someone please tell me how to properly set up the wheel in LFS if i screwed up? THANKS!
Re: G25
Make sure that you are not reporting combined pedals in the profiler

and that LFS options are set to "Seperate" and that you have assigned the Throttle Brake and Clutch inside LFS to the correct axis
Also, try inverting the throttle axis.
hey i tried doing that but for some reason the brake and throttle are on the same axis! even though i set them to 'seperate' in the 'options' section. also, for whatever reason whenever i try to open up the 'profiler' program to correct this, it's hidden at the top left corner of the screen and i can't access it! wow, i must have TOTALLY screwed something up. can someone please help me??

Can you please go the Options -> Controls menu, click on the "Axes/FF" button, take a screenshot (by pressing Ctrl+S), convert that screenshot to JPG (it will be located in the /data/shots folder of your LFS installation) and attach it to a post in this thread, as I have done below. Then we can see some of your configuration data. Thanks.

this may sound stupid, but did you assign anything in the options? if so did you calibrate EVERYTHING? sounds like a calibration issue, because near the same thing happens to me right after startup. when i go to hit the brakes, just the slightest movement locks them up (because they were not calibrated)
Blinkdude you need to seperate the axis in the controller screen in windows control panel/game controllers/G25 properties/settings (you can also acess this from the profiller)
Then in LFS make them seperate there too, in lfs/ options/controllers/ axis/ff like in the pic posted by Amp88 above.

You have loaded the drivers for the G25?
do you have the Wingman profiller icon in the taskbar near the clock?

Good luck.
