Curious, is there a way to removed the 10 minutes video limitation on your account?

I know before all you needed to do was just make your account a "director" account but that doesnt work anymore.

Someone has told me that you'd have to contact youtube directly to get them to approve your account.

Does anyone know a sure way to get that 10 minute limitation removed from your account? Is it even possible anymore? If you are to contact youtube how would i contact them?
