I just download the demo but it's only possible to play 1 hour, after that, you'll have to pay but it's looks very realistic. If you know it, what's your opinion about?

Basically an rFactor mod for which they make you pay. Buy directly rFactor if you like the simulation so much.

Turismo caratera is making their own engine now and moving away from Gmotor by ISI.
