hi,
ive had my g25 a year and from today i have no response from my throttle pedal at all it just stays at 0% on profiler. Brake and clutch works fine this is the first time ive had a problem with my g25 ,my gt3 rs wheel is being shipped this week so how long would a replacement take to come, also is this a common problem and is there a fix ,i dont really want to open the pedal casing as it it wll void my warranty

try some things,

• Check all cables, esp. check back of pedal unit where cable leaves pedal base, check for broken cable at base.
  
• Lift up wheel check all plugs are secured in place in sockets under wheel
  
• check it is getting power on the power LED
  
• Reboot PC
  
• un-plug other USB devices incase they are interfering with it
  
• try another USB socket
  
• re-install latest drivers
  
• try blow out any dust that might be in and around the gas pedal mechanism
  

Many things to try before taking apart the gear. Some of theses seem obvious but sometimes they are not tried.

Try it on another PC and if all that has no effect, then time to use that warranty.

After doing all the things Jason said in the last post, if it still doesn't work call Logitech (best way of contacting them is by phone) and ask to troubleshoot (trust me, I asked straight away for an RMA since I already troubleshooted offline and the guy absolutely flipped about how people try to rip companies off, blah blah) and eventually try to get an RMA. Usually they'll want you to cut the cables OR just ship the shifter to them for proofz. After that, take apart your pedals and try to fix it
