Short answer: No.

Long answer: No.

You're pretty much SOL. Nothing to emulate or virtualize a x86 on PowerPC to a decent speed. Upgrading to an Intel Mac would be your best bet, then you have several options such as VMware/Parallels (Virtualization), WINE ("Emulation" / Compatibility Layer), or simply running Windows XP/Vista/7 natively (BootCamp).

Why no BootCamp? It's the most compatible way (as you're running XP/Vista/7 normally). VMWare has issues with DX9 support (SLOW!) and WINE has issues with 3d (X11 in OSX is broken still )

Well I am getting ~200 fps on real windows and ~80 fps in Windows which is ran inside VMware.

If Mac's are really as good as you say, he must get 999 fps in VMware
