Anyone who have made a blow off valve-sound for lfs, can you please tell me what soundquality it is in?

Dialogic ADPCM
G711 uLaw
G711 aLaw
16 bit PCM (LE)
8 bit unsigned
8 bit signed or
16 bit PCM (BE) ?

And what sample? That goes in a range from 6000 to 196000

And is it mono or stereo? I've tried out a few things now, and the sound is all messed up when i use it in LFS

That looks like the selection list from Syntrillium's Cool Edit / Adobe Audition?
I've fiddled with a dumpvalve sample once using Soundforge, which didn't say anything about format, it just opened the .raw and saved with no options. Bit too userfriendly (could have told me which format it was), but it works.

I use NCH WavePad, i like that best.
