Decision: Chebbi lift the throttle and pb04 didn´t expect that, or realized too late - Racing incident.

Some other penalites:

#17 - G. Orla -1 point for chatting in the official Quali session
#01 - N. Murray -1 point for chatting in race 1
#01 - N. Murray -2 points for chatting twice in race 2

Please note: When Race control says "chat closed" no more chat is allowed.
